Embark on your extraordinary 3-Day Kruger Safari with a 7 am transfer from O.R. Tambo International Airport to Hazyview, a small town just a 15-minute drive from Kruger.
Arriving in Hazyview at 12:30 pm, our friendly Wild Planet guides will warmly welcome you before you enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (at guests’ expense).
After lunch, we travel the short distance to Phabeni Gate, marking the gateway to Kruger National Park. A leisurely safari drive follows, culminating at Skukuza camp, where a charming Rondawel awaits your 2-night stay. The Rondawel comes with amenities like AC, an en-suite bathroom, a fridge, and a patio offering a place to relax.
Situated along the Sabie River, Skukuza camp provides a scenic backdrop for wildlife encounters. In the afternoon we will depart on a brief afternoon drive, we then provide a unique dinner experience at the camp, creating a delightful atmosphere over an open fire.

Today you will enjoy a captivating journey as we dedicate the entire day to exploring the wonders of Kruger National Park. At sunrise, we delve into areas bustling with animal activity, aiming to unveil magical moments within the park’s breathtaking landscapes.
Kruger National Park, a haven for Africa’s diverse wildlife, hosts the famed Big 5—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. Marvel at the abundance of Giraffe, Zebras, Impala, and Kudu. Encounter the grandeur of massive crocodiles and hippos in the rivers, and if luck is on our side, spot the elusive Cheetah. With 147 mammal species, 517 birds, and 114 reptile varieties, Kruger promises a spectacular wildlife spectacle.
This morning we will enjoy a picturesque breakfast at a scenic picnic site, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. After breakfast, we travel slowly back to camp where you can take a moment to relax and enjoy the camp facilities.
Lunch is served at camp before we depart on an exciting afternoon drive, continuing our quest to spot Kruger’s diverse wildlife. We return at sunset, where dinner awaits under the stars at our temporary bush restaurant in front of your Rondavel. Immerse yourself in the sounds of the African night, celebrating the day’s wildlife encounters.
After dinner, enjoy a Night Safari, departing at 8 pm. Accompanied by a Kruger ranger, this experience accommodates up to 18 guests, unveiling the nocturnal wonders of the park. Encounter elusive creatures under the stars, concluding the adventure at 10 pm.

On the final morning of your 3-day Kruger National Park Safari, enjoy one last captivating 2-hour morning drive through key wildlife areas. Following this we will enjoy a delightful breakfast in camp before departure.
At 10 am, we bid farewell to Skukuza Rest camp, embarking on a leisurely drive back to Phabeni Gate, providing ample opportunities for a last glance at Kruger’s scenic wonders.
At 12 pm, we drop you off for the return transfer from Hazyview to Johannesburg, ensuring a smooth transition. Anticipate arriving in Johannesburg between 5 pm and 6 pm, with convenient drop-off at the airport for your onward flight.
Note: Plan flights accordingly, avoiding domestic bookings before 7:00 pm and international flights before 8:00 pm on our return day from Kruger National Park.
